Freedom Moses LLC ("FM," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through freedomoses.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

FM is a Florida limited liability company located at 4000 Hollywood Blvd, Ste 285S, Hollywood, FL 33021-1229. We currently ship to customers within the United States only.


1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly, such as when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, contact customer service, or submit a product review:

  • Name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided)
  • Payment information (collected and processed by our payment processor(s); FM does not store full card numbers)
  • Order history, product preferences, and sizing information
  • Account login credentials
  • Any information you voluntarily submit in reviews, comments, or customer service communications

Information collected automatically, when you browse or interact with the Site:

  • IP address, browser type and language, device information, referring website, and pages viewed
  • Information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 3)

Information from third parties, such as:

  • Our payment processor(s), which confirm successful transactions
  • Analytics and advertising partners, which may provide aggregated or device-level data about how you found or interacted with the Site
  • Our fulfillment and shipping providers, which may provide delivery status updates

2. How We Use Your Information

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them; however, doing so may affect Site functionality. Where required by applicable law, we will provide a cookie consent mechanism allowing you to manage non-essential cookie preferences.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers, who perform functions on our behalf, including payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, customer service, email/SMS marketing platforms, returns management, and analytics β€” these providers are authorized to use your information only to perform services for us
  • Advertising and analytics partners, who may receive information (such as browsing behavior or hashed contact information) to deliver and measure targeted advertising and analyze Site usage β€” this sharing may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state privacy laws (see Section 6)
  • Legal and safety purposes, where required to comply with a subpoena, court order, or legal process, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FM, our customers, or others
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as a business asset

We do not knowingly share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to service your account, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Privacy Rights

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • KnowΒ what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, or sold/shared about you
  • DeleteΒ personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
  • CorrectΒ inaccurate personal information
  • Opt outΒ of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (which, as noted in Section 4, may include certain advertising/analytics partnerships)
  • LimitΒ the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable
  • Non-discriminationΒ for exercising any of these rights

To exercise these rights, including a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email us at info@freedomoses.com with the subject line "CCPA Request" and a description of your request. If we implement an on-site cookie preference or "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" tool, it will also be made available here as an additional way to submit an opt-out. We will verify your request before fulfilling it, as required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Nevada Residents

Nevada residents have the right under Nevada law (SB 220) to opt out of the sale of certain covered personal information, independent of any revenue or data-volume threshold. To submit a Nevada opt-out request, email us at info@freedomoses.com with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out Request."

Other U.S. State Privacy Laws

Residents of certain other states with comprehensive privacy laws (including but not limited to Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, and Texas) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing of their personal information. All Users

Regardless of location, you may:

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email
  • Opt out of SMS marketing (if and when activated) by replying "STOP"
  • Update or request deletion of your account information by contacting us

7. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. While we sell certain products designed for children (such as kids' slides), all purchases must be completed by an adult using a valid payment method, and account creation is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older, or minors acting with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. 8. International Visitors

The Site is intended for use by residents of the United States, and we currently ship only within the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

9. Third-Party Websites

The Site may link to third-party websites, including social media platforms and payment providers, that are not operated by FM and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party site you visit.
