Return & Exchange Policy

We are confident in our products, and sure you will look awesome in them!

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your slides, we do our best to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible.

If you ordered slides through our website (FREEDOMOSES.COM) and you are based in the United States or Canada the products shall be returned in their unused, original and merchantable condition and within the first fourteen (14) days after delivery. Please follow the instructions below:

  • Pack the items neatly (if possible, in their original bag)
  • Print your order confirmation slip and place it in the bag containing the items you seek to return or exchange.
  • Seal the package and mail it to the following address:

Send an email to with the subject line RETURN or EXCHANGE and include your ORDER NUMBER. In the body of the email please state:

  • Full name
  • Order number and the date you received your delivery
  • Return or Exchange
  • The return or exchange reason being

(a) I don’t like my slides;

(b) Wrong size;

(c) Wrong color;

(d) Faulty product.*

*If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect or a quality issue, please take a picture of the issue and enclose it in your email. The photo will allow us to confirm the issue and solve your problem faster. We will either recreate your order or provide a credit or refund for you to use toward your next purchase. We reserve the right to request that you return the defective item prior to receiving credits or refunds.

It will take time for your returned item(s) to reach us once you return it. Once the item(s)  received at our fulfilment center, we check them and process your request to refund or exchange. Accordingly, please allow a minimum of 30 business days to process your return or exchange. 

Exchanges or returns are only valid on items purchased directly from FM and not for purchases made from our distributors or any third-party vendors.

If you asked for a refund, please note that a flat handling fee of USD $5.00 will be deducted from your refund. We do not charge handling fees for exchanges. Upon the completion of the return or exchange processing, you will receive an email notification.

In the case of a return, receipt of this email will confirm your refund amount. Please allow at least 3 business date for the credit to appear on your statement. 

In case of an exchange, the email will include a COUPON for the same value as the item returned. With this COUPON you will be able to buy your replacement item(s) online. Please note that the COUPON can only be used online at FREEDOMOSES.COM if you ordered your item(s) through our website (FREEDOMOSES.COM) and you are based outside the United States or Canada

International orders outside the United States or Canada are final sales, and we accept no refunds or exchanges for these purchases. 

Further, please note that FM is not responsible for costs resulting from changes in shipping addresses once packages have been shipped out. Customers are held responsible for costs resulting from abandoned packages and no refunds will be accepted regarding the above.

If you ordered or purchased your FM items through a distributor, a retailer or at a store (physical or online) and not through FREEDOMOSES.COM the items must be returned where they were purchased, and according to the policy of the store they were bought in. These purchases are not exchangeable or returnable to FM directly.

If you ordered from our website (FREEDOMOSES.COM) and would like to cancel your order, this is possible only prior to receiving a tracking number from the shipping company (it usually takes about one hour for the shipping company to send you your tracking number). Unfortunately, once a tracking number has been issued, we are not able to cancel the order as your order is already on its way to you!

If you would like to cancel your order and you haven’t received your tracking number yet, please hurry and send us an email to with the subject line CANCEL MY ORDER and make sure to include your ORDER NUMBER in the subject as well. In the body of the email please state:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Cancellation reason e.g. “I ordered by mistake”
