It may take time for your returned item(s) to reach us after shipment. Once your returned item(s) are received at our fulfillment center, they will be inspected and processed for refund or exchange, as applicable. Please allow up to thirty (30) business days from the date your return is received at our fulfillment center for processing.

Returns and exchanges are only available for items purchased directly from FREEDOMOSES.COM. Items purchased through distributors, retailers, marketplaces, or other third-party vendors are not eligible for return or exchange through FM.

Customers are responsible for returned merchandise until it is received and accepted by FM. FM is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

Items returned in worn, damaged, altered, washed, unsanitary, or otherwise non-merchantable condition may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

FM reserves the right to determine whether returned merchandise meets the requirements of this policy. Nothing in this policy limits a customer's rights with respect to defective products or products shipped in error by FM.

If you purchased FM products through a distributor, retailer, marketplace, or other third-party seller, the products must be returned directly to the original place of purchase and in accordance with that seller's return policy. Such purchases are not eligible for return or exchange through FM directly.

REFUND POLICY

If you request a refund, a flat handling fee of USD $11.00 per return request will be deducted from any approved refund. No handling fee applies to exchanges.

Upon completion of the refund process, you will receive an email notification confirming the refund amount. Please allow at least three (3) business days for the credit to appear on your payment statement after the refund has been processed.

FM reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or future orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive returns, reseller activity, or violations of these policies.

FM is not responsible for costs resulting from customer-requested address changes after an order has been shipped. Orders that are refused, abandoned, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned to sender due to customer error are not eligible for shipping refunds. Any shipping charges, return shipping costs, carrier fees, or other expenses incurred by FM in connection with such orders may be deducted from any approved refund.

FINAL SALE POLICY

All items designated as "Sale", "Final Sale", or otherwise identified as promotional merchandise are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, store credit, or price adjustment.

Final Sale offers are valid for a limited time only, while supplies last, and exclusively at FREEDOMOSES.COM. Availability is subject to stock on hand. FM does not guarantee that products displayed online will remain available for purchase. Offers are not applicable to prior, pending, or completed purchases.

Offers cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, coupon, or offer unless expressly stated by FM.

Product prices already reflect any applicable Final Sale discount.

Promotions have no cash value. Customers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes and other charges. Void where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted by law.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or combined with another order.

Due to increased order volume during promotional periods, processing and shipping delays may occur.

Any Final Sale merchandise returned to FM may be refused and returned to the original shipping address at the customer's expense.

FM reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any promotion, offer, or discount at any time without prior notice and in its sole discretion.
